A one-day Carrier Day was successfully conducted at Saras Pathshala, Bhaktapur organized by TOIT (The Organization for Indigent Tots) to share the relevant information on the youth online training course and it’s various significances for the career advancement of the current youth. The programme was entitled as " Join the club, Go for your future!" lead by Solidarity Tracks based in Lefkas, Greeece and financed by Erasmus+. 

The official opening of the Carrier-Day was performed by Indra Prasad Khaitu, the founder president of TOIT organization and the country representative of the Youth Club expressed his view regarding the creation of the youth club and its role to be a social entrepreneur where one can be self employed as well as provide job opportunity to people. He also said that being a responsible person of the society one need to give back what we one have achieved being a member of the society. He told ‘If a person starts to complain about any circumstances around, the person will never be creative because then the person will spend most of the energy on making judgement of other’s performance rather than creating something positive situation.’

He further said that everyone is born by certain intelligence as claimed by Howard Gardner and we, the current youth need to deeply analyze as where our passion lies and how can we make the use of it respecting the three P (People, Planet and Profit). The youth online course revolves around it and plays a key role encourage oneself to realize where ones’ passion lies upon.  Also, he said that each stages of life have its own significance. The youth need to make the best use of the youth moment because any effort that has been invested during the youth results the remaining span of life. On the other hand, if not well recognized the youth power, one looses the whole power which was in fact lying within oneself. 

As the online course is especially designed for those willing to recognize their passion and be a person of value to the society, asked all the participants to make the best use of the opportunity and share the course among others so the youth mass can able be benefited. He recalled his training course in Vietnam where he was trained by Sidik, Mohamed and Reka that helped him to polish his inner reflection on social entrepreneurship. It also helped him to dig out his own thoughts and ideas as how one can be a meaningful person to oneself and other to create an international solidarity. 

He meant to say that every person has two world which he called as inner world and outer world. For the outer world, one need to develop physical structures but at the same time one should not forget the passion in life which always travels within oneself.  

He said that the development of oneself will be lost when a person starts to complain because the outer world is always not perfect or the result is not as always expected. In this context, one needs to learn as how to adopt and compromise with the situation. 

He also claimed that being creative means a situation where one can be self employed as well as create job opportunity to other respecting ones’ intuition and considering the value of the 3 P (People, Planet and Profit). He further encouraged all the participants to share the news of the online course to as many people as possible so that the online course could achieve meaningfulness. Finally, he thanked to all the participants for their presence. He told that it was his great pleasure to work on this field and he gave the profit of the whole programme to Solidarity Tracks and it’s all the respected members including Sidik which plays a miles stone among the youth mass to make them feel responsible member of the society.

 One of the e-mentors, Simla Gyawa who also attended the training course in Vietnam expressed that the platform is very interesting as it contain useful information regarding self evaluation we as well as relevant information on social entrepreneurship. According to her, the platform plays a key role to better understand what social entrepreneurship and what is not’. She also presented a power point as how one can get easily access to the course. Also, a demonstration class to get access on the platform was carried out. 

Indra further shared his views that once a participant is log on to the course, can easily be connected with any members of the platform as well as can easily get access of the information shared on the platform which is the benefit of being a part of it. He also said that if a participant comes up with creative ideas, plans or programme, can be selected by the organization for training or any other relevant activities. Finally, he shared the views that if it is a worth to do it, do it with heart which definitely brings a positive outcome. 

One of the guests, Sanchita Lama from saras Hastakala expressed that such online course stands for meaningful purpose to people willing to learn for their career advancement. She further said that the course is of great value as it contains useful information such as ‘a profile of a social entrepreneurship’. Dharma Ratna, one of the layer and school director said that he is motivated by all the contents of the course and will furnish the information among his mates. Similarly, Ardip Lama, Biki Nhuchhe, Anu Suwal, Sanzila Kawan and Hasana Lawoju spoke about the importance of the club and their individual experiences gained while attending the course.   



There were 57 participants from local partners such as Saras Pathshala, Proxima International Academy, Saras Hastakala, Leo Club of Suryavinayak, Bhaktapur, the e-mentors, local students, local entrepreneurs, journalists and civil servants who took the initiation on the programme. 

Indra also shared an information about the continuation of programme which is termed as E-stream, (Entrepreneurship stream) for which we are eager to host the 2 days kick-off meeting in Nepal during which 8 representatives from each partner organization will gather for defining the details of the second phase programme.





At the end of the programme, ccertificate of course completion was distributed to the participants who finished their online training course by January 2019.
